  • Delivery Preferences:Preferred delivery slots including late-night delivery windows, special delivery instructions, and occasion dates saved for future reminders.
  • Browsing and Interaction Data:Products viewed, wishlist items, occasion reminders set, and platform interaction patterns.
  • Device and Technical Data:IP address, device type, browser, operating system, and referral source.
  • Support Data:Correspondence submitted through our customer support channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To register and manage your Cupidso account.
  • To process, confirm, and fulfil your gift orders.
  • To coordinate with local delivery partners, florists, and bakers for order preparation and dispatch.
  • To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates to both sender and recipient.
  • To manage late-night and same-day delivery scheduling.
  • To send occasion reminders and personalised gifting suggestions (where you have opted in).

3. Recipient Data

When you place a gift order, you provide personal details of the recipient including their name, mobile number, and delivery address. This information is used solely to fulfil the delivery and is not used for marketing or shared beyond what is required for delivery coordination.
