Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Cupidso, we take every order seriously. This policy governs cancellations, replacements, and refunds for orders placed on cupidso.com.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

| Less than 12 hours before delivery or after dispatch | No refund applicable |
Custom, personalised, and same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation begins immediately.
2. Replacement Policy
Cupidso will arrange a replacement or credit for the following situations:
- Product received in a significantly damaged or wilted condition — complaint with photographic evidence must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
- Wrong product delivered — complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Delivery not made within the scheduled slot due to a verified failure on Cupidso's end.
Replacements are subject to availability. Where a replacement is not feasible, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Slight variations in flower variety, colour, or arrangement design due to seasonal availability.
- Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
- Custom or personalised items where customer-provided information was incorrect.
- Perishable items that were delivered correctly but not received or stored appropriately.
4. Late Night Delivery — Special Clause
Late-night delivery slots are offered on a best-effort basis. In the rare event that a late-night delivery cannot be completed within the selected slot due to logistical constraints, Cupidso will attempt to deliver at the earliest feasible time. Refunds for timing delays on late-night deliveries are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A full refund will only be issued where delivery is completely undelivered.
5. How to Raise a Complaint or Refund Request
Contact us at support@cupidso.com with the subject line "Order Issue — Cupidso". Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
