Shipping and Delivery Policy

Cupidso's delivery network is built to handle the most time-sensitive gifting occasions — from standard next-day deliveries to same-day and late-night surprises. This policy outlines how deliveries are processed, scheduled, and managed.

1. Delivery Coverage

Cupidso delivers across all serviceable pin codes as listed on the platform at the time of checkout. Coverage may vary by product type and delivery slot. Late-night delivery is available in select cities; availability is confirmed at checkout.

2. Delivery Slot Options

Standard Delivery

Next day or scheduled future date delivery within standard business hours.

Same-Day Delivery

Available for orders placed before the city-specific cutoff time displayed at checkout.

Fixed-Time Delivery

Specific time slot selection available for select locations and order types.

Late-Night Delivery

Available in select cities, typically between 10 PM and 2 AM, subject to a late-night delivery surcharge and availability confirmation at checkout.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on the delivery location, order type, and selected time slot. All applicable delivery charges are displayed clearly before payment confirmation. Late-night and same-day delivery carry additional service fees. These charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 2 to 4 hours of payment confirmation. Same-day and late-night orders are prioritised and processed immediately. Custom and personalised orders may require additional preparation time, which is communicated at checkout.

5. Delivery Attempts and Recipient Availability

Our delivery partners make one primary delivery attempt at the scheduled time. If the recipient is unavailable:

  • The delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient or sender.
  • A secondary delivery attempt may be made where feasible.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, perishable items may not be held and a re-delivery charge will apply for non-perishables.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses including flat number, building name, landmark, and pin code. Cupidso is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.

7. Tracking

Order status updates are sent via SMS and email at key stages including order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery. Real-time tracking may be available for select delivery partners and is accessible through the platform or the tracking link shared via SMS.

8. Force Majeure

Cupidso shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, bandhs, curfews, severe weather, or major public events. In such cases, we will communicate the delay promptly and offer rescheduling or a store credit.
