Delivery coverage
- We deliver to 25,000+ pin codes across India, including all major metros, tier-2, and tier-3 cities.
- Remote or high-altitude locations may require an additional 1–2 business days.
- Same-day delivery is available in select Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Chennai pin codes.
Delivery timelines
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2 PM IST in eligible pin codes.
- Fixed-date delivery: Choose a preferred date at checkout; we guarantee arrival on or before that date.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping: Flat ₹199 per order.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Same-day or priority delivery: Additional ₹199 (waived on orders above ₹1,499).
Order tracking & support
- You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Real-time tracking is available via the link sent to your registered email or phone number.
- For delivery issues, contact our support team within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
