1. Platform Overview

Cupidso is an online gifting and occasion delivery platform facilitating the purchase and delivery of flowers, cakes, personalised gifts, combos, and related products across India. The platform is operated by TECHPULSE COMMERCE, based in Kochi, Kerala.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• You must provide accurate sender and recipient details for every order.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Products and Descriptions

• All product images, descriptions, and arrangements shown on the platform are representative; actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability, regional sourcing, and artisan variation.
• Flower varieties and colours in arrangements may be substituted with items of equivalent or higher value based on availability, without prior notice.
• Custom cake designs are created based on reference images and instructions provided; exact replication cannot be guaranteed.
• Personalised gift items are created based on the content and specifications submitted by the customer; Cupidso is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are calculated based on location, timing, and order type and are displayed before payment confirmation.
• Late-night delivery and same-day delivery may carry additional service charges, displayed at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is binding.

5. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and other available payment options.
• All payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways.
• Cupidso does not store any payment credentials.
• Order confirmation is sent to the registered email and mobile number of the sender.

6. Delivery Terms

Cupidso facilitates delivery through a network of local partners. The following governs all deliveries:

• Delivery is available across all serviceable pin codes as displayed on the platform.
• Same-day delivery is subject to order placement within the cutoff time displayed for your selected location.
• Late-night delivery slots (typically between 10 PM and 2 AM) are available in select cities and are confirmed at checkout; availability may vary by location and date.
• Cupidso endeavours to deliver at the selected time slot but delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or logistical conditions.
• The recipient must be available at the delivery address; Cupidso is not liable for failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
• For surprise deliveries, the recipient's presence cannot be guaranteed; Cupidso will not be liable if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery.

7. Perishable Products

Flowers, cakes, and food items are perishable. Once delivered, Cupidso is not responsible for the condition of perishable items if they are not received and stored appropriately by the recipient. Complaints regarding product freshness must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Personalised and Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders — including photo cakes, engraved gifts, and custom message items — are prepared based on the information submitted by the customer. Cupidso is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or illegible information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Placing orders with false recipient details or delivery addresses.
• Using the platform to facilitate commercial resale of products.
• Ordering perishable items with no intent to receive delivery.
• Any activity that violates applicable Indian law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cupidso.com including product photography, arrangements, copy, logos, and design is the property of TECHPULSE COMMERCE or its content partners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TECHPULSE COMMERCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss including emotional distress arising from delivery delays, product variation, or failed surprise deliveries. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the specific order placed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
