Orders & cancellations
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting support. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets via secure third-party payment gateways.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
User conduct
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and account creation.
- You may not use our platform for fraudulent purposes, to transmit malware, or to interfere with site operations.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our team.
Limitation of liability
- Cupidso is not liable for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
